On October 26, Li Guobin, chairman of the magnetic resonance business department of United Imaging Healthcare, headed a team including Liu Liang, vice chairman of research and development of the magnetic resonance business department, Zheng Jun'an, product director of the magnetic resonance business department, and Mao Qing, director of the central marketing department, to visit Shende Healthcare. Professor Shen Guofeng, chairman of Shende Healthcare, and Cui Lei, executive CEO of Shende Healthcare, together with the company's senior executives and R&D personnel, received Li Guobin and his team.
Professor Shen Guofeng explained three cutting-edge technologies for the treatment of brain diseases: focused ultrasound ablation, neural stimulation regulation, and opening the BBB blood brain barrier. At present, Shende’s R&D layout has covered the above three areas and is promoting cooperation with different units in an orderly manner. During the visit, Professor Shen also introduced the cooperation progress between Shende Healthcare and other MRI manufacturers, as well as the further development plan.
Recently, Shende Healthcare cooperated with United Imaging to successfully win the approval of the key R&D plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology during the 14th Five Year Plan period. The two sides are planning to jointly exhibit at the China Invention Exhibition. At the end of the meeting, Professor Shen said that he hoped both sides would speed up the promotion of specific cooperation projects and jointly advance the progress of the MRgPHIFU non-invasive medical cause.
